Shortcode Builder - Filtering Job Listing

Rather than filtering items such as Job Category, Job Type, etc. based on existing Job Openings. Base it on (and allow the user to choose options from) existing Job Specifications. Otherwise, unless there are job openings that address each possible job specification, the shortcode would need to be updated again and again as new jobs are added.
