"New" Job Opening visualization

Currently its impossible to differentiate job openings that have existed for years from those that were just created. Allow admins to tag newly created job openings as "new", activating some type of flair for visitors searching for new job positions. Additionally, this "new" tag could be set to expire after a custom set time.
