Ability to Clone/Duplicate Jobs

Rather than republishing previously filled or expired positions, it would be ideal to be able to clone/duplicate job openings and create new records. This way the history for the old job listings is maintained. This is a great way for us to monitor which listings are more successful based on content, job specifications, time of year a job was listed. Also cloning would make it much easier to create multiple job listings that may have slight variations (e.g. different departments or locations).
